Holistic therapy considers the person as the whole self, body mind and spirit and provides a caring and non-invasive treatment.

Both physical and emotional well-being depends upon the balance and flow of energy through the body, holistic therapy helps to restore this balance allowing the body to heal itself naturally, whilst at the same time aiding relaxation and in turn encouraging the body to rest and relax creating a feeling of calm.

The therapies on offer here, work well with conventional medicine and often reduce the need for orthodox drugs. However, if you are undergoing any medical treatment, you are advised to consult your doctor before trying any new Complementary Therapy.
